Account Options

Allows automatic and time-based payment accounts including pay as you go and pre-pay or post-pay options. Also handles discount schemes and bulk registrations for haulage operators and car rental companies.

Notifications

Sent on behalf of clients to alert vehicle owners globally of outstanding payments, penalty charge notices and debt collection notices.

Customer Support

Includes support, vehicle owner interaction and case management including appeal handling services in local language. A back office solution is also available.

Vehicle management

Includes management of environmental registers and whitelists of exempt vehicles including buses, taxis, council, emergency services, etc.
